Membership in the Boosters is Annual – ending on December 31 of each year and renewable January 1 of the following year.
In order to complete membership application online you must complete the application and then click “Submit Application online”.
Once you have completed the membership application you will need to Submit your payment online. You can either follow the link in the completed application message, or in the next section click the button “Submit your payment on line”
Both the “Submit Application online” and “Submit your payment on line” must be completed.
To join and pay by check and mail the form, please press the Membership Application Button at the left bottom corner of this page and print out the mailable form.
To avoid electronic processing fees, please print out the Membership Application below and send with your check payable to Marshfield COA Boosters to Marshfield COA Boosters, Inc., PO Box 165, Marshfield, MA 02050. If you choose to pay electronically, we reduce our processing fees by allowing the vendor to request a tip, but it is completely voluntary. You may change to any amount including $0.
